Abstract
The article presents a speech by Wendell French delivered at the 24th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Chicago, Illinois, in December, 1964. French focuses on the nature and dilemmas of organizational justice and offers a description of distributive justice based on the Aristotelian dichotomy. Conceptions of corrective justice are discussed.
