Abstract

The National Registry of Rare Kidney Diseases (RaDaR) is a Renal Association (now the UK Kidney Association) initiative to improve patient and clinician knowledge of rare kidney diseases. The RaDaR is the largest rare kidney disease registry in the world and it is a globally unique and extremely rich resource with incredible potential to improve the understanding of these rare conditions
