Abstract
In this article we examine the names of the days of the folk calendar in the chronological order, which are connected with the names of the saints and the feasts in their honor, presented in the Yaroslavl Regional Dictionary. An analysis of the chrononyms of the spring-summer cycle and the derivational formations of appellative character in the dialects of Yaroslavl-Kostroma Volga region appeared on their basis is carried out in this article.
