The (n, α), (n, p) and (n, t) cross-sections at 14.8 MeV

Abstract

The (n, α), (n, p) and (n, t) cross-section have been measured with 14.8 MeV neutrons. There is a general downward trend in the measured (n, α) and (n, p) cross-sections with the increase in mass number. The values have been compared with the statistical theory of compound nucleus.
