Abstract

Mössbauer spectra of FeSi alloys show that the hyperfine field at first. second and third neighbours of a Si atom are reduced by 7.7, 0.0, 2.2%. N.M.R. measurements seem consistent with these values. Strong anisotropic interactions occur at second neighbours.
