Abstract

The insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) has been implicated in breast cancer development acting through insulin-like growth factor I receptor (IGF-IR). The objective of this study is to examine the correlation between levels of mRNA expression of IGF-1 and IGF-1R, and the clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer.
