Abstract
The members of the Houston Mount Everest Expedition left Croydon aerodrome on February 16. Air Commodore Fellowes (Leader) travelled, with Mrs. Fellowes, in a Puss Moth. Lord Clydesdale (First pilot) piloted a Fox Moth in which were “The Times” aeronautical correspondent and Mr. C. H. Hughes (Mechanic), Flt.‐Lieut. D. F. McIntyre (Second pilot) piloting a Gipsy III Moth. Lieut.‐Col. L. V. S. Blacker (Observer) travelled by Imperial Airways.
