Abstract

This research will examine the relationship between job satisfaction, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance. The purpose was for determine job satisfaction with employee performance, determine work environment with employee performance, determine work motivation with employee performance, and gender, the duration for demographic factors as a moderating determine job satisfaction, work environment, work motivation with employee performance. The object of this study is employees with staff positions working in telecommunications companies to PT XL Axiata, PT Indosat Oredoo, and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkomsel) located in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach that will use a measurement tool. The total sample of 590 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. Data will analyze used rerata-sel univariate test and multiple linear regression test. The results from study concluded that job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation were significant to employee performance. Demographic factors that become moderating influence employee performance, but for the men gender who are not better than women in job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance, while for > 2 years work duration is better than 2 tahun lebih baik dari < 2 tahun dalam lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berbanding terbalik dengan kepuasan kerja.
