Abstract

To help modern manufacturing systems meet immediate demands of control and function and reduce the complexity of system's theoretical analysis, the model of dynamic control cell structure is introduced. Meanwhile, the way to analyze the demands of function and control demands is also proposed. Firstly, the fractal architecture of manufacturing system is presented secondly an integrated definition of dynamic control cell structure is introduced from the control and function point of view, then its structure model is set up on the basis of finite state machine, and its controllability is proved by virtue of formal language. Thirdly, a hierarchical structure model combined by the dynamic control cell structure is discussed based on hierarchical finite state machine and its controllability is also proved, ensuring the hierarchical control consistency. Finally, take an example of fractal model of factory illustrates the new control structure not only can meet these demands but also has proven to be flexible, expandable and easing optimized.
