Abstract

The methods and results of the hydromechanical characteristics calculation for complex loaded journal bearings of piston machines are presented. The field of hydrodynamic pressures in the lubricating film is determined with the mass conservation algorithm. The motion equations for conjugation movable elements were solved using a method based on backward differentiation equations. The results of the developed mass conversion algorithm application as well as the corrected methods for the integration of moving bearing elements and thermal calculation at solving of dynamic problems and the problems of complex loaded bearings lubrication prove their high efficiency.
