Abstract
The method and program of processing the measurement results of a dielectric constant and tangent of dielectric loss angle of BeO rods on the personal computer is described. The measurement results for different batches of rods are presented. It is shown, that at the frequencies of 3 GHz and 10 GHz dielectric constant epsiv (average on a batch of 50 rods) is 6.7...6.8. The correlation between the measuring data of epsiv from a rod to a rod at these frequencies is present in an explicit form that indicates a relative precision of the performed measurements. The correlation between the change of a dielectric constant and tangent of dielectric loss angle from a rod to a rod was not revealed.
