Abstract

The models of damages accumulation in machinery structural components in the process of their complex loading in a high- and low-cycle area are considered. It is established that the damage accumulation process under these conditions is not subjected to the linear hypothesis. The necessity to take into account the simultaneous action of a complex of operational loads of different levels with the formation of a generalized block of forces is shown. The description of manufacturing some typical welded structures of components classified by the stress concentration level in a given loading pattern and their influence on endurance limits of such components is provided. The study results of fatigue damage accumulation processes according to temperature analogs of material endurance limits are presented. Equations approximating their S-N curves are obtained.
