Abstract
In this article we are describe an experimental research dedicated to study of psychophysiological mechanisms of self-regulation by persons of dangerous professions. The study was conducted on a group of cadets of the military university. The methodology base includes the methods of psycho-diagnostics, psychophysiological testing, and specially designed protocols of stress-testing are modeled the stress situation. В подгруппе испытуемых, продемонстрировавших низкую эффективность восстановления, наблюдаются следующие особенности: слабо выраженная реактивность на фоне действия стрессора сочетается с усилением непродуктивной когнитивной деятельности (прирост мощности ЭЭГ в β-3-диапазоне 23–35 Гц (Fz–Cz) и индекса Busy brain); эти изменения прогрессивно нарастают в процессе деятельности, причем нарастание мощности высокочастотного компонента βактивности происходит за счет снижения низкочастотного β-ритма, т.е. происходит усиление непродуктивной мыслительной деятельности за счет продуктивной, сопровождаясь постепенным накоплением напряжения

МЕХАНИЗМЫ СТРЕССОВЫХ РЕАКЦИЙ У ЛИЦ ОПАСНЫХ ПРОФЕССИЙ: МЕТОДОЛОГИЯ ПСИХОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ Тишакин Д.И. Представлены результаты экспериментального исследования, посвященного изучению психофизиологических механизмов саморегуляции у лиц опасных профессий, проведенного на группе курсантов военного училища. В качестве предмета исследования были выбраны индивидуальные и групповые паттерны механизмов саморегуляции у лиц опасных профессий. Цель исследования – изучить психофизиологические механизмы реагирования в ситуации стресса в профессиональной группе лиц опасных профессий.
