Abstract

The nature of mobile hole carrier in high-T c superconductors (HTSC) and mechanism of their relaxation are considered on the base of the HTSC electronic spectrum model suggested before. The model proposes that the distinctive feature of HTSC electronic spectrum is the pair level placed at the top of full-filled oxygen valence band. It is shown that this feature may account for the unusual transport and optical properties of HTSC observed in experiment.
