Abstract

For voltage instability problem of the industrial field, a measurement system for DC voltage and ripple was designed and a method realized by software was reported. The system was composed by voltage range-select circuit, DC voltage and ripple separate circuit, A/D and microcontroller. The method of voltage-separated made an adaptive measurement range and an accuracy of 0.5‰. It plays an important monitoring role in some devices which require accuracy DC voltage, and can provide timely equipment information to the users.
