Abstract
After the existing study of barriers to trade in services is summarized and appraised by the author, the method of applying dynamical statistical indexes to measure barriers to trade in services is put forth. Based on decomposing combined index and conversing average number index, Passche index of barriers to trade in services is obtained. The empirical analysis would be used on China service industry FDI data and import data from 2004 to 2009.
