Abstract

The deposition of 20 and 40 μm angular graphite particles in the primary coolant circuit of a CAGR wasinvestigated in particle injection tests. The particle concentration fell by a factor of approximately 1000 in about 100 minutes after injection. The results are compared with previous data from tests involving spherical particles.
