Abstract
THEMEANING(ROLE)OFTHEPRINCIPLESOFOPENNESSANDPUBLICITYINTHEPROCESSOFPREVENTING BRIBERYINEDUCATIONALINSTITUTIONSOFHIGHEREDUCATIONINRUSSIA The paper considers the need to comply with the principles of openness and publicity by educational institutions of higher education in Russia. The significance (role) of these principles in the process of preventing corruption and its main element of bribery in the field of higher education is revealed, relevant comments and proposals are made to improve the regulatory legal documents in the area under study.
