Abstract
This article discusses issues related to marriage as a public law institution. At the beginning, it undertakes an analysis of the genesis of marriages. It basically draws attention to the legal nature of marriage in civil law. The findings made constitute the research ground for scientific discussion in the area of public-legal paradigm of this institution. Next the text hows an understanding of civil status, marriage act on the ground of administrative law. Finally, the article looks at marriage in terms of criminal law institutions. The summary has the important conclusions.
