Abstract

This article provides suggestions for the use of a marketing portfolio of student work as a job interview tool. The suggestions are the result of interviews with students who had used such a portfolio, prospective employers, personnel placement agency staff, and campus placement directors. Interviewees discussed the appropriateness and benefits of an interview portfolio.
