Abstract

The paper focuses on the theoretical and methodological features of the essence, content, and forms manifesting key performance indicators (KPI) of innovation activity. The features of the formation of key indicators (following the unique specifics of innovative activity) and its stages are determined. More than that, methodological provisions for determining such indicators are substantiated. A conceptual model of forming and developing key indicators of the effectiveness of innovative activities based on the proposed organizational measures is also developed and presented in the paper.
