Abstract
For spin-one Ising and Heisenberg ferromagnets with biquadratic exchange interaction J' and uniaxial anisotropy D, the magnetic susceptibility has been calculated by the use of the pair model approximation and its dependences on J' and D are discussed in comparative way.
