Abstract
Bu calismada, 1977-2008 yillari arasinda Avrupa ulkelerinde issizlikteki hareketler ile issizlik orani ve iktisadi buyume arasindaki kisa ve uzun donemli iliskiler ulkeler bazinda ve tum panelde incelenmistir. Duragan olmayan panellere iliskin cesitli teknikler kullanilmis ve tum Avrupa Ulkelerinde issizlik histerisine ait bazi deliller bulunmustur. Okun katsayisi da hesaplanmistir. Sonuclar, Okun Kanununun ve issizlikle buyume arasindaki iliskinin anlamliliginin ulkeden ulkeye farliliklar gosterdigini gostermektedir.
