Abstract

CPS has five functions of computation, communication, precise control, remote collaboration and autonomy, so there are broad prospects to do research on applying CPS to the warehouse management and control integration system. At present, it has considerable difficulties to design low-cost, real-time networking, predictable and strong robustness embedded systems for mature hardware technologies. The existing computer software technologies do not support to generate predictable and high reliable computing system. The application and development of CPS still need to study and solve many foundational scientific problems. On the basis of analyzing technological characteristic and technological potentiality of CPS, this paper provided a method which described the feedback working mechanism of the basic function of CPS unit, provided a common system architecture of the warehouse management and control integration system according to the characteristic of warehouse management, analyzed its working mechanism in detail, envisaged the application prospect of present research project
