Abstract

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of radiation and HASL on the grouth of BTT 739 mouse bladder carcinoma.Methods Using the animal model of T 739 mice that be inoculated subcutaneously with BTT 739 mouse bladder carcinoma,We observed the effect of different radiation dose and HASL on the grouth of carcinoma.Results If the HASL was given from the first day after tumour inoculating,the tumour grouth was inhibited by 34%( P 0.05) in the sixteenth day .The tumour inhibition rate were 53.2% in radiation 5 Gy group and 52.9% in radiation 5 Gy in combination with HASL group. If the HASL was given from the seventh day after tumour inoculating, The tumour inhibition rate were 27% ?54.9% and 64.6% respectively. The tumour inhibitionrate were 80.7% in radiation 8 Gy group and 84.1% in radiation 5 Gy in combination with HASL group.Conclusion The HASL alone can inhibit the grouth of BTT 739 Mouse Bladder Carcinoma ,but showed little or no effect when using in combination with radiation.
