Abstract

Monetary policy is one of the most important tools of government's macroeconomic adjustment and has a significant effect on the behavior of micro-enterprises. Recent years, entrusted loans have been increased sharply. This paper reviews related literature which includes monetary policy transmission mechanism and asymmetric effects, monetary policy tightening and credit discrimination, corporate investment and financing behavior as well as non-formal financial, shadow banking and entrusted loans. Finally, the paper examines the monetary policy's impact on the entrusted loans with empirical research.
