Abstract

The research is summarized by studying a group of Qur'anic verses related to women, in which the judgment was based on a linguistic and grammatical argument, with an indication of the impact of language and grammar on the jurisprudential judgment in the deduction. He urged women to apply jurisprudential rulings based on explicit Qur'anic texts that pertain to them in order to build a strong family that would not be shaken by the storms of change and not affected by Western theories that crushed women's rights under the pretext of urbanization and freedom.
