Abstract
El acoso sexual laboral es la tematica principal de este estudio, realizado atendiendo a la necesidad de aportar mas conocimientos sobre una realidad de indudable interes y relevancia que se constituye como un importante problema en el mercado laboral. A partir de la informacion extraida de una investigacion actualmente en curso, el texto presenta y analiza las multiples limitaciones con las que se encuentran diversos/as profesionales e investigadores/as cuando tratan de aportar informacion cuantitativa sobre el fenomeno. A traves del conocimiento de estos obstaculos se puede avanzar en la complicada tarea de delimitar y medir el acoso sexual laboral, bien a traves de practicas de mayor transparencia informativa, o bien a traves de las decisiones metodologicas que se tornen mas adecuadas.
