The lifecycle dynamic risk early warning management system of supervision and control for real estate projects

Abstract

The paper analyzes the process of lifecycle dynamic risk supervision and control (DRSC) for real estate projects, puts forward the lifecycle dynamic risk early warning management system model of supervision and control for real estate projects. The model combining with the characteristics of real estate projects tries to provide a total frame which suits the dynamic risk management more for real estate projects. The paper establishes the lifecycle dynamic risk early warning and reply period diagram of supervision and control for real estate projects, realizes warning and reply in advance to the risks of real estate projects so that the efficiency of lifecycle risk supervision and control for real estate projects can be improved, which would be beneficial to perfect the theory and practice of risk early warning management for real estate projects.
