Abstract
Abstract : The life history of Gloiosiphonia capillaris (Gloiosiphoniaceae, Cryptonemiales) was completed in culture. The carpospores, borne on large, erect gametophytes, gave rise to small crustose tetrasporophytes, and their tetraspores formed again the Gloiosiphonia plants. Thus the life history involves an alternation of heteromorphic phases. (Author)
