Abstract

The article studies the level of organizational trust as the important factor of new management technologies implementation efficiency. The key factors of the level of organizational trust on all the stages of the implementation and use of new management technologies are revealed: trust between the members of the organization, decency, good performance, taking care of the employees. The article summarizes the practice of new management technologies implementation at some Russian enterprises, shows the level of its efficiency and formulates the problems. The content analysis of the experts' statements makes it possible to formulate the rating of the main problems of the perspective management technologies implementation in the Russian companies. The research is also devoted to the analysis of the involvement of various categories of the staff and the assessment of the level of their information support. During the research the opinions of the direct participants of the process of new management technologies implementation, in particular the technology of economical production, about its current state, regulatory problems and ways of improvement and optimization are analyzed and generalized. According to the results of the research it is concluded that in modern conditions monitoring and management of the level of trust in the organization is an important management task that requires a systematic approach providing the balance of management methods, the organizational structure of management and organizational culture. The suggestions are made on the increase of the level of organizational trust contributing to the effective implementation of organizational changes and modern management technologies
