Abstract
The objective: To determine the level of satisfaction with their work and degree of burnout among anesthesiologists and emergency physicians working in the red zone of a COVID-19 hospital.Subjects and methods. A prospective study was conducted as an anonymous survey of physicians performing their duties in intensive care units of the red zone. 65 specialists were interviewed: Group 1 (52.3%) – trainee physicians, Group 2 (47.7%) – anesthesiologists and emergency physicians.Results. The majority of respondents in both groups noted relatively high satisfaction with their current work. At the same time, the majority of respondents (70.9%) in the group of anesthesiologists and emergency physicians would prefer the previous working conditions to current ones. Also, it was noted that both groups were highly emotionally exhausted.

Проведено проспективное исследование в форме анонимного анкетирования врачей ‒ анестезиологов-реаниматологов, работающих в красной зоне COVID-госпиталей Забайкальского края, посредством программного сервиса Google Forms. Е. Водопьяновой для диагностики синдрома эмоционального «выгорания» у врачей (Maslach Burnout Inventor ‒ MBI). Стаж работы анкетируемых составил: менее 1 года ‒ для врачей-стажеров, 9 (5; 18,5) лет – для специалистов с дипломом. Средний возраст: врачи-стажеры – 25,1 года, анестезиологи-реаниматологи – 38,2 года. Большинство респондентов в обеих группах отметили удовлетворенность своей текущей трудовой деятельностью: 67,6% ‒ в группе врачей-стажеров, 61,3% ‒ в группе анестезиологов-реаниматологов. При этом неудовлетворение высказали 14,7% опрошенных в группе врачей-стажеров и 29% ‒ в группе врачей ‒ анестезиологов-реаниматологов. Затруднение в ответе на вопрос об удовлетворенности своей текущей деятельностью высказали 17,6% респондентов в группе врачей-стажеров и 9,7% в группе врачей ‒ анестезиологов-реаниматологов При ответе на вопрос об удовлетворенности собственной деятельностью 9,6% опрошенных врачей ‒ анестезиологов-реаниматологов указали степень их удовлетворенности от 0 до 10%
