Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the level of knowledge management among College of Education for the Humanities teachers-University of Mosul, the researcher formulated three questions. The research sample (139) was drawn randomly from the departments of (History, Geography ,Eduational and psychological sciences, English, Arabic and Sciences of the Noble Quran and Islamic Eduation at the College of Education for Human Sciences for the academic year 2020-2021. To accomplish the research aims, the researcher created a tool of knowledge management scale with (40) paragraphs, five alternatives within four axes, namely (creation and generation of knowledge, diagnosis and storage of knowledge, distribution of knowledge, and dissemination of knowledge), the tool was distinguished by honesty, distinction, and stability. The experiment was carried out beginning in the first semester of the academic year (2020-2021), with the two applications made on the sample after designing the two tools electronically using Google forms, and the application period of the two tools taking (46) a day. The following conclusions were made after data gathering and statistical analysis using proper statistical methods: 1-The faculty members of the College of Education for Human Sciences have strong knowledge management skills in general. 2-There is a statistically significant difference in the degree of knowledge management among teachers at the College of Education for Human Sciences based on gender (male/female), with males outperforming females. 3-There is no statistically significant difference in the degree of knowledge management between teachers from the College of Education for Human Sciences based on specialization (scientific / human) So it is clear that the faculty members had a high level of strong knowledge management.of recommendations presented , deepening communication among teachers, investing their expertise in knowledge management, and also to supplement the current research, the researcher proposed a number of future research projects.
