Abstract

Exercise is a source of health and is practiced first within the family, then at school level within physical education lessons or extracurricular activities. Motor activities in free time were most of the time outside the attention of specialists, being left to the choice of each of us. However, due to the fact that technology has evolved and developed a lot these days, young people and especially students have allowed themselves to be invaded by the virtual world and ,their free time, physical exercises and sports are hardly found in their schedule. The need for socialization and new curiosity make students from rural and urban environments spend more time in front of smart devices than to move outdoors.
