Abstract

Purpose of the following analysis is to briefly examine the most relevant provisions of Italian Legislative Decree implementing Directive 2014/104/EU on antitrust damages actions with particular regard to the new rules that will be introduced in the Italian legislative framework on private antitrust enforcement (in particular concerning the disclosure of evidence, the binding effect of the decisions of national antitrust authorities, the time limitation rules, the presumption of the recurring of damages in case of cartel infringement).
