Abstract
印度是历史悠久、资源丰富的发展中国家,也是在国际论坛上对遗传资源、传统知识保护呼声最高的国家之一.印度在保护传统医药知识的立法和司法实践方面做了很多工作,其中的一些经验对我国传统医药知识的保护有一定的借鉴意义。
