Abstract

Problem setting. Legal support of labor discipline in the enterprise is an important part of the employer’s activity. Labor discipline in enterprises, institutions, organizations should be provided not only by the creation of organizational and economic conditions for normal high-performance work, conscious attitude to work, and civilized relations between the employer and employees. In this regard, the article analyzes the concept of "healthy policy in the field of personnel", "positive disciplinary policy". Analysis of resent researches and publications. Legal regulation of labor discipline and methods of its provision was the subject of research of many scientists, in particular Abramova A. A., Barabash, O. T., Pashkova O. S., Smirnov V. N., Prylypko S. M. , Yaroshenko O. M., Inshyna M. I., Vaynerchuk N. M., Havronyuk N., Formanuk, V. V. et al. Target of research. The concept of labor discipline, its content and essence, conditions and methods of its maintenance in modern conditions, the analysis of such concepts as "healthy policy in the field of personnel", "positive disciplinary policy", tolerant relations between employees and the employer, etc. Article’s main body. The article considers the issues of legal support of labor discipline in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the concept of labor discipline and its content in the research of specialists in the field of labor law. The author analyses modern approaches to understanding of legal maintenance of labor discipline, the conditions and methods of its ensuring, in particular, investigated the following concept of "positive discipline policy", "healthy policy in the field of personnel", etc. Conclusions and prospects for the development. The state policy in the sphere of legal regulation of labor discipline is important and should be reflected in the Standard rules of internal labor regulations of employees (hereinafter the Rules) by fixing the basic provisions of the organization of labor process, taking into account new approaches of regulation on strengthening labor discipline. This can be done through tools such as material and disciplinary measures. We believe that a healthy policy in the field of personnel will affect the increase in productivity and morale of the workforce, will contribute to a good moral and psychological climate among workers, will provide a comfortable environment for workers in the performance of their tasks set by the employer.
