Abstract
The article discusses the legal mechanism for the territorial development of gardening associations in the Chernushinsky urban settlement, Perm Territory. The authors analyse the changes in the legal status of gardening and horticultural associations. The formation stages of gardening associations and land shares, depending on the date of land allocation are established in this work. The authors also propose the priority directions for the territorial development of gardening associations.
