Abstract

This article discusses the influence of the Latin American work and school of human and social futures studies. Reference is made to the thought of Eleonora Masini and its cultural and educative implications, in particular the depth of her lessons for the leaders and government officials, in a context of global change and multicultural conflict, are emphasised. Further emphasis is given to the importance of the concept of future vision and the ethical formation to build the formation of futurists.
