Abstract
This article attempts to set out, impartially, the proposals for reform of sexual offences legislation put forward by the Criminal Law Revision Committee. The existing law was described in a previous article (Ment. Hand., 1984; 12: 3, 104–106). The proposals are currently under consideration.
