Abstract
In this study the possibility of applying the asymptotic method of Krylov Bogoliubov-Mitropolskii to problems of population dynamics is shown. Especially a general Volterra-Gause-Witt type model for prey-predator interaction is investigated. A discussion on the results obtained is given for the general model and for a particular case as well.
