Abstract
The hydraulic test on the main circuit of the 2m×2m supersonic wind tunnel is necessary for testing the design and manufacturing quality for the safe running . The finite element stress analysis of the main circuit in the load cases of hydraulic test was introduced. According to the simulation result, some important points outside and inside of the tunnel were selected as the monitoring places. To get the necessary result, some of the resistance strain chips were arranged in the water and the corresponding sticking process was considered as the in-water process was first introduced in the test. The response functions of structure stress under external loads were obtained. The result shows that the stress and deformation is consistent with the simulation in quantity and trend. The result also indicates that the load case processing method used in the FEM are reasonable, and the maximal stress value and displace value is allowable for the future running of the wind tunnel.
