Abstract

Experiment to detect kaon signals from p→k + decay with large volume liquid scintillation detectors at Gran Sasso laboratory, Italy, was proposed. Preliminary experiment to study the feature of k + → μ + → e + process with two 1.5m 3 liquid scintillation detectors was carried out at KEK, Japan. Kaon can be recognized through the measurement of muon signal and its decay. time, and also can be confirmed with the measuremenr of successive electron from muon decay.
