Abstract
Introduction: The Junior Trainees Group (JTG) of BAOMS and JTG annual conference aim to support pre-registrar trainees interested in OMFS. Our 2018 conference theme of “Research and Innovation,” was disseminated through diverse expert speakers and interactive workshops. We aim to provide a conference overview and analyse delegate feedback to demonstrate whether the conference represented delegates’ interests and influenced their decision to pursue OMFS.
