Abstract

The authors describe the concept of modelling the dynamics of daylight climate (or other climatological element) for the purposes of building design. For this modelling two possibilities of typification of the weather conditions are used. The first is the classification of the oceanity of the climate, the second possibility is the typification of the weather types. The application is presented in the case of the sunshine duration, air temperature and cloudiness. Using 4th-order polynomials it is possible to express mathematically the frequency of cloudiness probability in various weather situations. The examples confirm that it is possible to use the typification of the weather situations for technical practice.
