Abstract

Total ionization cross sections for the single and double ionization of He by antiproton impact will be presented. Beside the total cross sections, we also show doubly differential data for single ionization at 10 and 100 keV impact energies. The cross sections were obtained by solving the two-electron time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) exactly, and by using the four-body classical trajectory Monte Carlo (CTMC-4B) method. Our TDSE total cross sections are in excellent agreement with the available experimental data.
