After reviewing previous studies and interview, the main finding of the review is that DBT (Dialectical Behvaioral Therapy) and MBT (Mentalisation-Based Therapy) were found to have the best efficacy as they both focus on control of emotions and behaviors, while medical treatment may have led to worse outcomes.
