Abstract

目的 探讨CBCT介导的渐进式教学在口腔外科阻生牙拔除实习教学中的运用,旨在提高教学质量.方法 采用CBCT介导的渐进式教学法,分析学生在判断牙根数目、牙脱位方向、拔除操作时间、术中出血、术后肿胀、术后疼痛、术后张13程度等方面的差异,以及分析阶段小测验的成绩.结果 实验班与对照班学生在判断牙根数目、牙拔除时牙脱位方向和拔除牙操作时间方面经统计分析有显著性差异(P 0.05);病例分析题和人均成绩存在显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 通过CBCT介导的渐进式教学方法,能有效地提高口腔医学生在阻生牙拔除方面的临床思维及分析综合能力。
