Abstract
目的 探讨矽肺并发肺结核的发生和发展的情况.方法对某钨矿440例矽肺并发肺结核患者(矽结组)进行回顾性调查,并以该矿329例单纯矽肺患者作为对照组.结果在该矿769矽肺中,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽矽肺并发肺结核率分别为62.5 3%、34.48%和9 3.33%,有显著性差异(P＜0.01=.矽结组Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者发病年龄均小于对照组,但无统计差异(P＞0.05);凿岩工的患病率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),其他工种两组无差异(P＞0.05);Ⅰ期患者的接尘工龄显著短于对照组(P＜0.01).矽肺并发肺结核率随年代的增加随之降低.矽结组各晋期的时间无显著性差异(P＞0.05).矽结组病死率显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),并随着矽肺期的增加而随之增高(P＜0.01).结论矽肺并发肺结核患者多发于凿岩工、接尘工龄较短、病死率较高、并发肺结核率随年代增加而降低.该矿预防和控制并发肺结核工作是有成效的。
