Abstract

We prepare Ga3+ intercalated V2O5 nanobelts by a simple hydrothermal route. The assembled Zn//V2O5–0.1Ga cell delivers a discharge capacity of 512.07 mA h g−1 at 0.1 A g−1. It maintains 91.43% of the original capacity at 10 A g−1 after 5000 cycles.
